Processing Time

All orders are processed, quality-checked and packed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer to dispatch.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Ireland usually takes 6–12 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Logistics Partners

We work with trusted couriers such as An Post, DPD and DHL. Shipping is always free and fully trackable. Any applicable freight charges for special services will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. However, we understand that you may change your mind.

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed. To do so, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@brennan-dublin.com

If your order has already been processed, cancellation will unfortunately not be possible. In that case, you can still take advantage of our hassle-free return policy: you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
