Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request and send back a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal within the EU is 14 days; our 30-day policy goes beyond this legal minimum.

To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged, and fit for resale. Packaging may be opened for inspection, but the product must not show signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or other customer reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or import duties. Please note that all returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in Asia, the address of which is specified in our Terms & Conditions.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

• For returns within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, we will also refund the original shipping costs to you.

• For returns after 14 days (but within our 30-day policy), we refund the product price only.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@brennan-dublin.com. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
